Tipu Sultan named this summer retreat as ‘Rash-e-Jannat’ which means the abode of happiness and the envy of heaven. Exquisitely carved pillars, arches, balconies, frescoes, mural and paintings are the attractions of this palace.Vidhana Soudha: It is the seat of the state legislature of Karnataka which is among the most impressive as well as magnificent buildings of this place. It is the perfect fusion of Indo-Saracenic, Rajasthani Jharokha and Dravidian styles of architecture. This building is made up of granite and porphyry rock and adorned with four domes on its four corners. This building gives a breathtaking look when it is floodlit on Sunday evenings and public holidays. This city is the IT hub which makes it among the most visited places of India.
